The Facebook Messenger app has been updated to include free calling within the US, UK and Canada and this has also been pushed into the default Facebook app as well. Using Facebook calling does rely on your data plan or Wi-Fi if you are connected but you no longer need to go into the Messenger app to make a call. - Find the person you want to call and open their profile
- You will see an “i” at the top of the screen, tap on it
- Tap Free Call and you will be connected.
